Since last weekend, I have spent every spare minute going thru every piece of fishing tackle I own. I am about cross-eyed from sorting sinkers, hooks, jig heads, etc. Finally got all of dad stuff and mine consolidated and sorted/organized after all these years.

Having done that, I was tired of my rods being propped in the corner of the garage. Finally got some racks built in the ceiling. and all my rod up there yesterday. That wasn't good enough. I had 2 reels with broken rods, so I went and bought 2 new rods. Then I put new braid/mono backing on every single rod/reel I have. I bet I have cranked 2 miles of line on reels today. 6 bait casters, 4 spinning rods, and 2 deep droppers....

That is a good idea. I don't have too many rods, but that is something to keep in mind.

SO, do you have more guns or rods/reels? When my wife asks, WHY do I need so many guns, my usual response is, golfers don't have only one club & fisherman have lot's of rods/reels, SO ... Looks nice & well organized. I'm gonna get around to doing my garage SOMEDAY.
