I ran into this today. I could not get the center piece out (so I could not use the punch) so off to harbor freight I went.

Well, it happens to the best of us, so why not to me...
This is taken from another site. Works great.

I got a 308 case good and stuck in an RCBS sizing die. I tried to locate a stuck case removal kit locally, but to no avail. I didn't want to wait for a mail order, so I studied the picture of RCBS's kit, and decided to make my own.
Step 1: Get the following parts - I got most of them at a Home Depot:
1/2" Socket (1/4" drive)
1/4" x 1" Machine bolt
1/4" Tap
13/64" drill bit (came with the tap)
1/4" x 1 1/2" Washer (to keep from gouging the top of the socket)
Step 2: Back the expander plug out as far as you can.
Step 3: Drill out the flash hole with the 13/64" drill bit. It would be best to hold the die in a vise, but I just used channel lock pliers to hold it.
Step 4: Tap the hole with the 1/4" tap
Step 5: Place the Socket over the head of the case
Step 6: Thread the machine bolt through the washer, through the socket, and into the threaded hole in the case head.
Step 7: Tighten the machine bolt, drawing the case out of the die. I had to put some oomph into it, my case was really stuck.
Step 8: Voila!
Great job, and i paid for mine .....LOL
Works great on a short action case. Long actions require a deeper socket.
Also, carb cleaner sprayed in the resizing case occasionally will clean it and keep it from sticking, dries quick, and leaves no residue.
rcbs and others make a rubber lube pad and lube of your choice to roll the brass on, it's supposed to make re-sizing easier and prevent stuck cases. I tried it once, but found if you keep the brass clean and very occasionally lightly lube the inside of the die (with a dry lube) and don't force it, that should prevent stuck cases. it has happened to me but I was able to back out the sizing adjuster and use a punch.
I've stuck my .270 twice.
When I read closer on the Hornady One Shot is says to spray a small amount in the resizing die as well as on the cases. Since I've started doing that, resizing has actually gotten a bit easier.
And sorry, correction on my last post. I use Braklean on mine and not carb cleaner. Too much boat motor carb cleaning on the brain...
