You should get a caliper too.

You can find single stage press for very little. I have some 30+ years old single stage press that I picked up from flea market and garage sales that are great... not much to look at but works great. I personally don't like Lee products but it's a personal thing due to my experiences with their product. Turret press are okay but not all that much faster than single stage.

Two thing you should never skimp on; scale (get a nice balance scale) and powder drop (a continues adjustable type instead of disc or bushing).

good call, forgot about the caliper. Yeah I'm getting such mixed suggestions on what to get! im on another forum and am in the same situation. Some say get the turret, some say get the single stage. I can always take the index bar out of the turret, and use it like a single stage though right?

That scale I linked wasnt good? And the powder drop that comes with the lee deluxe isnt any good?

Finally ordered my setup. All I need now is a digital scale, electronic caliper, tumbler media, powder, 9mm fmj projectiles, and primers. If anyone has some for sale let me know! Is setting it up pretty straight forward?
