There is a ton of acreage around me that SFWMD controls and will not open it to hunting. They actually pay people to trap hogs in these places..........seems like a waste to me.

You think? We need to start a petition to Rick Scott,demanding more access.
Keep this in mind...for every person that goes from Fl to Ga to hunt.....there are that many more that come from GA to Fl to fish. They are buying licenses here and putting money in our local economies. Don't believe me? Go to Steinhatchee during scallop season or the winter trout run and look at the boat tags...
