I concur!
Also, I'm sure that on the WMA's where its only the 5" rule there are some that shoot first and measure later. It happens everywhere. Its just a shame it wasn't recovered - pay the fine and serve probation. lol.

agree 100%, your eyes will tell you what you want them to see. I stared at a stump for 2 hours that had branches I thought for sure was a big rack. but you still have to verify and be sure. when checking guns to be sure they are empty I no longer trust just my eyes but will feel the chamber with a finger to double ckeck.

This is one reason i say deer tags would be good. There will always be those who cheat.
You can make laws or restriction for them because You only punish those of us the fallow the rules and laws.

that extra piece of paper would cost the state some pennies, same for a license plate on both ends of the car.
