I lease a small tract in Dodge County, Ga. just east of Eastman. My buddy lives in Alachua, Fl. and we're looking for something in Fl. for next year. I agree about the long drive thing. It takes me 8 1/2 hrs. to get to camp and if I don't leave early it ruins the whole day.
I'm also trying to get into a camp down here in the glades so I can spend alot more time in the woods.

I thought I was paying a lot till I saw the price/acre down there and on the east coast
