I know this guy who was in cedar key for a week and didnt kill anything. So he got pissed and shot a deer in the azz and lost it.. then later that week shot a spotted fawn.
One question, did you report the guy? If not, then you have just become part of the problem instead of being part of the solution. :noway:
If you do not report violations you have first hand knowledge of, then by proxy, you condone those actions. Think about it.
should be put under the jail.. unethical not to mention illegal. would not want to hunt with that guy. But, i know of a game warden from down in Johnl's neck of the woods that hunts in georgia and drives the road at night shooting deer. Just hasn't got caught yet. that is realyy bad ju-ju for him. I believe it would be federal charges. 2 seasons ago in Randolph Cnty , ga they caught about 275 people hunting at night , 235 of them were from Polk Cnty, fl. If you have Polk cnty tags it is now probable cause to pull you over and check your truck. I believe everyone will eventually get what they deserve, like the game warden, have never witnessed him do it, but have seen pictures of the deer and heard him, talk about it.
