Look at these pictures from past years and see if you can tell if this buck from 2008 (which I killed 2-3 weeks into bow season) and you can see his genetics or his family's genetics are still in the area. BTW this is the same stand in both pictures and I have a recent pic of another similar 6 pt from the same stand(which my wife accidently deleted off our PC!). I killed the 6pt in 2008 in bow season while he was messing with does 2 weeks into the season. This is the first time I have notice this on my stands. Do you guys see this alot? Or does it not seem like the same genetics to y'all? The 6pt this year is wider than the one from 2008 but has the same crooked brow tines.

It would be cool to run the test and know for sure.

Yep, see that all the time. In my old lease up by Newport, we had a split G2 trait. Saw it in a few different bucks. And we also noticed that the split would become its own point the next season

Also, my big 10 point from 2 years ago. The guy with the lease across the road from us killed a registry 8 point that same day that had the same exact curve to the right side brow tine. Mine had what looked like the start of a kicker, and his 8pt had a kicker in the same spot. Then last year he had a 10pt on camera not far from there that could have been the twin brother to mine. Had the same curved brow tine, and also had a kicker point right where one started on my deer.
