I thought an embassy was US territory. Can't we defend an embassy ie. Marines stationed at the embassy and defend it(with loaded guns). I am confused on this side of the issue. Do not look to this President of any leadership on this issue. I wish there was a way to convey and convince the libs that what he is doing is wrong. :2guns

like Momma used to say, 2 wrongs don't make a right. burning Korans would have the same effect as that video, more dead Americans and more previously peaceful Muslims converted to become terrorists, it is exactly how the terrorists want us to react, don't fall for it. Weird how they have no respect for their own land. They just blow up their own buildings and risk hurting their own people. I mean there animals. Destroying the streets and burning their own land and neighborhoods.
If that was the u.s., and had to take over a bldg on our own land we would go in like a man and take it over. Send our finest right through the front door and destroy the enemy. No throwing cocktails in our own streets and starting fires in our own streets.

I think you guys are confusing embassies with consulates which imo should be the same. as for if it happened here, it already has. anyone remember the LA riots after the cops treated Rodney like a King? they stayed a safe distance away and let innocents get beaten to death, Korean stores burnt and looted. surely someone could invent a rubber bullet claymore or even good old fashioned shotguns and rock salt for crowd dispersal, maybe a flame thrower if needed. at the very least electrify the ever lovin hell out of those fences and let me man the switch.
