How about everyone remembers that they are grown men or women and not a 12 year-old with an attitude problem?
Politics are a huge part of this country and affects each and every one of us, we can't just ignore it because it's convenient or someone's panties get wadded up. I don't think the entire forum should lose the ability to discuss political issues because a few guys can't take the heat. Give me a break....isn't that the kind of sweeping legislation that has us all :taz in the first place?
I'm all for a spirited political conversation, but I think it might be getting away from the main topic of the site, which is to talk outdoors. I think there's a place for some political views as it relates to gun control, sportsmans' rights, etc., but we seem to be getting more into bickerin matches than discussing topics relevant to the forum. And, yes, I've been guilty of it too.
