BIDEN'S STATEMENT ACTUALLY MAKE SENSE?

i see this as the first steps to dictator.

Biden was not talking about defending yourself against the gov't, but self defense from thieves/looters/breakins. obviously no small arm is gonna work against missles/bombs/artillery etc. but my thinking is how many that have taken the oath to defend the constitution, and protect the people would fire on us citizens. I think like in the civil war many would defect to our side and take much equiptment/tech/know how, with them.

it doesn't take a majority only the right people in the right place.
So relying on others all ways end bad for those who rely on them.
