My wife and I want to go to a cabin sometime during the mid to late winter (Jan, Feb) in hopes of seeing snow. Since I cant be in the woods without wanting to hunt something I have made a deal with her that we could try to mix hunting into the vacation. My wife isn't what you would call a woodsy girl so it would have to be in a nice lodge. By nice lodge I mean somewhere that may have a bar, pool table, something that she would say isn't just a hunt. Preferably one that may have cabins separated from the main lodge. I have shot many deer, turkey and hogs so I would probably want to hunt some species of ram. I have found several outfitters in the North Carolina, Ohio area that would look great if it were me and the guys but not for the wife. I hope someone could give me some suggestions so I don't end up doing some "fufu" vacation trip.
