what happened at the lagoon that you and dogs barely made it out?

apparently there was a rocket going off and only certain people could be there( not me :death ) someone called us in and in a matter of minutes me and my buddies were cuffed next to a police car for trespassing onto government property. thank god we hadnt caught anything and weren't armed. made it out with 600 worth of tickets for me and my dogs. :toast
