New person to the board here!! I am an Orlando guy - love anything hunting or outdoors related. Came to central florida from Montana - so hunting is slightly different here from what I am used to, but I am adjusting as quickly as I can.

well welcome and different I'll say. first get yourself a thermacell to keep the skeeters away, knee high mud/snake boots and a big cooler, cuz as soon as you shoot sumthin you need to skin it, and while doing that may as well quarter it less to put in the cooler and bring home and ice it down imed. and forget about those 200-500yd shots, sometimes your lucky if you can see your feet. but on the plus side there are a ton of places ( wma's) to hunt and if you can get access to private land hunt hogs all year round. after my first hog I could care less about deer.
