Hello and thank you for allowing me to join your community. Quick rundown on myself: I grew up in St. Petersburg and now live in Southern Illinois until I recover from some leg/ankle/foot surgeries sustained in military service. Soon as I find a job and recover I am moving back south after a 20 year absence. Archery is my weakness and I love to shoot anything with a bow and I mean anything. Hogs are my favorite thing to hunt although there are not many in Illinois runnind wild, some but not enought to hunt for.

I have a son who is 13 and a wife who both gun and bow hunt with me. In a nutshell that is me and I hope to learn and offer some advice here and there.

One last thing is I am the Deputy Director for Operation Bows and Heroes. We take disable war veterans and help them heal through our love of Archery, we send them to the private ranch of Tink Nathan of Tink's 69 and Tink's hunting products private ranch, where they select a bow and learn to shoot. We send them on a bowhunt if they wish for anything free ranging in the Texas country side. No cost to the wounded nor thier families. I am one of those wounded soldiers which is how I met up with Tink and became associated with this program. We are a non for profit group and have nobody receiving any pay for what we do. I only ask to support the troops and say a prayer for us all.

Thanks to all for allowing me to become a member.
