Seems like a cluster$#ck to me, I bet FWC wouldn't consider it a muzzleloader.
You would have fun explaining that frankenstein jigger rig. lol
I don't see how it wouldn't fit the definition of a muzzleloader. You pour powder or pyrodex into the muzzle of the barrel, put a wad and then a sabot or whatever you like to load, tamp it down, put the 209 shotgun primer in, action forward, ready to shoot. Not really any different than any other muzzleloader that uses a 209 shotgun primer, just harder to get to the primer. It's not like you have follow up shots or anything...

What happens if you misfire, or a bad primer? Do you pump it to re-cock or what? Anyways this is off topic, and seems FUBAR to me.
Once again.. B.L.U.N.D.E.R.B.U.S.T.E.R Just tell fwc that.. they will understand. 😆
its no different than any other inline you load it from the muzzle and open the action put in the primer and close action and shoot if misfire occurs rack it open change primer close shoot
I have a bolt action BP that operates like that but it has a solid barrel the bolt only exposes the breech to load a primer. A slide or pump action to operate properly would have to have an open breech,I don't understand how it could contain the primer ignition and still be a true slide action. Anyone have a pic?
