flamingo is a great place to fish last time i was there caught alot of sea trout
Trout is great but not on the game plan tomorrow even though I wouldn't be disappointed. Looking for reds and snook on topwater I hope. Fishing in the AM and BBQ and beer in the PM. Should be a great 4th to celebrate our freedom! :rockon
Played poker till 2:30 and went back to get my buddy at 5 and of course he wouldn't get up. Golden rule kicked in and after 2 phone calls and a 10 min. wait I went without him. Had a couple nice reds on and lost them. A few big snook hits but nothing made it boatside. Had a good time and the rain stayed off a bit. Got to the ramp and it was a high tide and left 5 hours later and it was just starting to slack off? Tide was coming in the whole time. Can't believe how shallow this gheenoe floats.
His loss. Nothing like a day on the water in the middle of summer.
