Ok boat it is. We will have a perfect incoming tide for that spot. You got a pole with decent line on it? The spot is on an Island, It's a ditch that runs threw it. Maybe 10 feet wide with heavy cover (mangroves) on either side. The reds come threw there on a rising tide to eat the crabs. You need to be able to muscle them out fast or you have no chance. All the fish I catch there are upper end slot limit fish. And on the way back we can stop and catch some snapper. 😀
20lb braid with 20 lb floro. That should pull them out.
7:30 sound good? We can meet at my house and ride to the boat ramp together. Fishing with dead smelly shrimp don't need any lures. If you have any small jig heads bring them. Thats about all you will need I got every thing else. We need to keep it light for maximum speed forging the harbor. 😆 Plus all the added weight from the fish we are going to catch will slow us down on the way back.
