Hey I am a state of Florida Licensed fish taster certified by the state to taste and compare the quality of meat from the fisheries.
All meats have to be tested by me before the state will alow personal consumption for consumer protection!You need only to send me a roast and 1 backstrap from deer and hog shot on private or public lands.For fowl all you need to do to comply with the state regulations is to send me pre- cooked breast from each bird.As for the regulatons on fish caught in state or federal waters is to send me 10(ten) pounds of fillets from each trip.
After that I will send back to you a letter of compliance either reccomending more fillets or allowing you to safely eat your catch.

Here is a tarpon I hooked into today and lost shortly after (trying to take pics and reel at the same time) about 3 ft long. He jumped 6 or 7 times this was his last jump.
What a great action photo that one is a winner for sure!!
