Well didn't know it was going to be a meet and greet of somewhat today. (actually we all pretty much knew each other anyway). Me and Kemster went out to hunt this morning.. Got to the spot at 6:30 am and met with Johnl and went out to hunt. Kemster got a nice sow at about 9am. Then we went and skinned and quartered it and got it in the cooler!.
Then we met up with another member 69bronco (pleasure to meet you buddy!) and we all had a barbque at and had some venison burgers that kemster brought, and pig backstrap that i brought. Johnl brought the barbecue and macaroni salad and we had some good chow. Some chow that we harvested this year!
After the chow we all headed back out and it wasn't to eventful we saw one more hog but she was just not able to be taken.. just too quick.
Headed home and had a great Day!!.. Broke bread with some good people from the forum!
Walked over 5 miles today!!
Im just happy because THIS IS WHAT THIS FORUMS ABOUT! Members meeting up and hunting and breaking bread together and enjoying the years harvest! It just makes me so happy to see that the sole reason i started this forum is still a Major part of the passion i have for all my members and Hunting & Fishing in general!..

nice, i hope to get out there more next season. if i thought i could pull it off i would hit it up in the morning, i just have too much crap to do, plus tomorrow is my anniversary so i dont think that would go over too well. ill still get out there plenty in the off season. got the bike ready to go and i have a few areas that i saw that i want to scout out some more. i do enjoy it out there.
