Dumb question, the freezer is full, but we would like to meet some of the crew. Willston is like 20 min from me. Could Jay and I drop by during a mid day break or be the video staff. I don't have a fancy camera but it works.

If the weekend of March 8th is the target date, and trapper dan can accomodate the get-together, anyone who knows they can make it then needs to post here as soon as possible so arrangements can be made. Unfortunately, that date will not work for me, so I won't be attending, but I will help organize the sign-up if needed.
Every one that can make the March 8th weekend will you send me a pm as to get an idea on a head count. It's getting close and if we don't have enough peeps we need to move to after turkey season to have a bigger get together. I love meeting every one and bsing around the campfire. Good times for sure.
The weekend of March 8th is going to have to be rescheduled. I have another group that booked that weekend and didn't have enough from here to hold it. If you guys have any ideas shoot them out there and lets see what we can do.
Trapper dan, is the weekend of April 27th still open? If so, let's make that the target weekend for the get-together, and let's see who can make it then. Do we need at least 6 hunters to confirm for a weekend to be able to hold it?
