ok guys i have talked with a few of ya and you guys wanted to do a small game hunt. there is a great place right off rt. 40 just east of astor. its lake gorge/ dexter mary's farms unit http://myfwc.com/docs/Brochures/10-11_Dexter.pdf durin small game season (which is limited in days) there is two sets of dates the first is the better, we can also hunt hogs in thee at the same time, the place used to be full of hogs but now they are few but they are there. its full of oaks got great squirrel huntin and good on rabbits too. lots of swamp and river bottom and oak hammocks. also its a great place to see some fine deer too! the first hunt starts on nov. 27th wich would be a good day for a meet/hunt. we can meet up there hunt a few hours and go eat there is a good non fancy diner just outside there then go back and hunt or what not some more. ok we have time to figure this out but here's the start.
