at that price TCR, I'd have to get it at the show for less than 100$ to really make the trip worthwhile. will carrying items on your person for sale be allowed at this fancy high brow event, or frowned upon/not allowed. I've been disapointed with the smaller shows at BKVL and Crystal River. wouldn't mind meeting some of you guys FTF there however, and taking a shot at lotteries and door prizes. I know I'll end up spending a lot more than I planned. I usually end up with mostly ammo, hardware, parts, cases, holsters. sold some guns/knives at those events, never bought one at any of them though.

Is the Big Buck Expo a gun show with guns and ammo? Thought it was more of an outdoors show without firearms???

It is an outdoors show, however the money hogs (Shoot Straight) will have a booth.

Ha! Money hog! Funny!

One thing about that harness. I assume you wrap the strap around the tree as you are climbing and then attach your tether to it right? How big of a tree can you wrap that thing around?

rec'd the cd1-big boy the other day and was not disappointed, worth the money imo but heavy in big boy size. I bet it would hold me Crock and Gary if you found a sequoia to hang it from. looks more like pro rock climbing/tree work quality. a bit of a learning curve needed to pack/re-pack and set up and test. nothing I've had/used before comes close. 2 thumbs up. would come in handy for some tree work or sailboat rigging.
