I almost bought one of these...Might just have to try one out this year.

Blades will dull up faster than you think. I quit using it for skinning and use my Gerber instead now but it's great for cleaning up the cuts after.

Quite honestly, I don't see this knife being a skinning knife and didn't buy it for that. The blade is too small to be a skinning knife. Guess I have gotten used to using a full size sheep skinner knife
