The chair blinds suck. I bought one for hunting some of our clear cuts. If you have only one possible shooting lane, they would be good. But they really restrict your view. Also, If you have a long barreled gun, forget trying to get your barrel out the window. I probably looked like a scene from Gilligan's Island where he was trying to hide from the natives under a palm branch and kept moving around. Turkey season I got out of the damn thing and just sat on the ground
I also have a couple of the pop up blinds. One of them is a tee-pee shape. I really like it. Super fast to set up. The other one I have is one that has the tent poles in the roof. It is nice but takes a bit longer to set up. Also it has black interior, so it is like a sauna inside if it is hot outside
I was just looking at some others, and these look good, especially the hub style and the dome/doghouse one. Good prices, too!

Says free shipping, and the dome style only weighs 14 pounds. Good reviews, too, on the hub and dome.
after they were done logging on my lease, i was going to build a log cabin blind, with the left over trees they left. i think it would have been sweet, run out of time on my last trip.
I had 1 of those $49 jobbies that you just throw out from sportsman's guide and it worked great. Real lite and less than 5 min. to set up. Unfortunately I left it on the trailer last turkey season and lost it. I'll be getting another 1 like it soon.
That log blind would be really cool. Just watch out for scorpions "lol"
