Yep, I'd agree. If it suits your needs. I say talk him down a couple hundred dollars for some new tires. Also, get the reciept for the batteries. Not saying the guys is crooked but you can't be too careful. Sometimes things on craigslist are not what they appear. Cool redneck camo paintjob though :>) He can't be all bad.

Just got back, I did not buy it on the spot. Need to come home and do some more research on parts, batteries, ect. All of the batteries were different manufacturers, different dates of manufacture, the levels were all half low and it was on the charger when I showed up. It is a 36 volt setup. It does need new tires pretty bad and the tray holding the batteries was rusted to sh*t. The front lift kit had been welded at the bottom and it looked like it had run into a few solid objects on the front corners. I need to put together a budget for tires, batteries, and a new tray and then figure what I would offer.

Yeah, it's good to do your homework. Good on you. You would think with all the golf course in FL that these things would be going cheap. You may want to consider buying a cheap one and lifting yourself. It's really not that hard, Then of course you'd need tires, etc. to redy it for hunting...
