I have had a pair of these for like 5 years now. They sat in my camper all summer and dry rotted from the heat(and age). Just ordered a new pair last night. They are a bit bulky and a bit heavy, but with a good pair of socks your feet will not get cold. Not really a good pair t go walking a mile, but are great for sitting in a stand. I have had days in the teens the last three years and never had cold feet with them on

in the winter i wear Danner-- Ft. Lewis. boots. gore-tex, thinsulate. USMC issue. very warm and yet can walk in them all day.
