I live in seminole area near the beaches in pinellas but the tree fort/stand is in riverview

man me and iluv2hunt almost caught heart attacks trying to put up a 2 man remington stand.. and this stand your building is bout 20 times heavier. and that flatstock ladder will bend and not work. trust me. looks good.. if you can get it up and hunt safely in it.

It works rather nicely, but having 4 riggers and a winch on hand makes things so easy..and the ladder works great with proper bracing..

the stand is 25ft agl by the way...can view all 3 feeder locations from this spot..

As for the question a quad sided stand, on the backside a few 100 feet is a road and from the stand now you can see as far as the trees will let you.

I will be cutting paths down areas so to have shooting lanes for a few more feeders.

from this stand you should be able to see 5 feeders farthest being about 100 yards when all the paths are cut

If anyone has some land and needs some hunting stands , allow me to hunt the property and ill put these up for ya..
