Bass Pro is good about following up and taking care of folks when a problem arises. A few years ago I waited almost 1/2 a day for the guy in the archery shop just to cut my arrow shafts - pissed, I just took the shafts and left deciding to get them cut locally and pay some one to do it. I live about an hour north of BPS. Sent an email to the BPS expressing my displeasure, but not trying to throw anyone under the bus. I received a call from the assistant mgr the next day. He let me know he drove right past my area on the way to Orlando and he actually met me right down the street from my work a couple of days later and brought the arrows pre-cut that I wanted and swapped me out. Not too many folks will do that these days!

have a pair of nikon 12 power. used them in New Mexico and Montana. I could see for miles. I worked for them for a between job type thing and they treated me like royalty. I was really sorry I was leaving. I will always shop there if I can.
