I just bought a Weatherby Mark V .30-06 and was wondering what factory ammo to buy. Anyone have any experience with this rifle and which ammo is most accurate?
hornady is good ammo and dang it I cant think of the brand name but the company that makes the triple shoks or good ammo also.But you will probally need to experiment with ammo to find the right ammo that works with the rifle and shooter.30-06 is a very good round and there is plenty of that ammo out there to chose from.Just stay with a quality ammo that works well with rifle

Yes, Barnes makes the bullet but I think that Federal puts it all together for sale.
