works better in mud/sand, but the tradeoff is axle clearance?

That looks like it rolls much better in the sand HCON. I'm gonna look into that type of set up. I should be driving past a Harbor Freight and Northern tools today on the way to an estimate.

HCON3, is that a cabela's cart? it looks like mine. do you remember the axle width? app how much $ for the re-do?

Look at it this way, if you drag it more often with the skinny tires maybe it will get you in better shape in the long run. !!!

Got it on sale at BP one year and after dragging 3 deer out of sugar sand changed every thing. The original axhel was 23 3/4" and replaced it with 31" solid bar stock from NT. The wheel barrow tires either from Home Depote or HF. Not sure what it cost to change but would do it again. Have had no problems with sugar sand, palmeto fields or swamps since.
