Anyone use a 450 Bushmaster? I'm thinking of getting one and just want to hear any opinions you may have.

something similar, I traded into a RRA 458 SOCOM last season. It was fun to shoot but ammo is expensive as h*ll +/- $2 per round, It was a thumper but to heavy to stalk with. I would see if the bushmaster can utilize the standard 223 mag like a 458 can, that helps because you can use any standard 223 lower as well.

If that's true then a 10 rd 223 mag will hold 5 rounds of 450. I used a 1.5x4x20 scope on an offset mount, the rifle was very accurate to 100 yards. It liked the 325 gr hornady sst loads the best. A good joke for target shooting is to take someone else's 223 mag loaded, throw it in the 450 and then rack a round, the 223 round will slide right out the barrel. Everyone always flips out on that one.
