I traded my Winchester 7mm Mag for a Marlin 44 mag lever action rifle. I was wondering if anyone has any advise on which ammo to try. I see the leverevolution ammo seems to be popular on here, any others you'd recommend?
would probably stick with the hornady.
I have a little ruger 44mag carbine that I carrry sometimes just to hear it go off. I have never bought ammo for it my uncle loads a bunch of hot loads for me. I am waiting on about 100rds of the 44, 180 of 30-06 and a bunch of .357. I love the gun, it leaves a big hole! :gangsta

When I hunt tight places where I have a 40 or so shot I use it. It flat folds them up
Here it is. And I just ordered some ammo. It wasn't easy to find either.
