Haha that's funny. Hey tim just save up like 350 and if you can't find one here you can get one brand new at any gunshop. Taurus.

This is for a friend and I told him I would ask around. I don't need one right now for the sake of my brother-in-law. :innocent

the big question is do you want to be able to shoot 357's or just 38's. if you want 357's I'd avoid those ultralight smith versions and clones, they are just too light to shoot comfortably or hold up to a steady diet of hot 180 gr 357 loads that youre gonna want for hogs. for that I would highly recommend a ruger sp 101 they are a little heavy but you will need that for strength/accuracy and durability. for 38 only I have a strong liking for vintage colt and smith and wesson snubbies in all steel. they were made with better materials,by people with better craftsmanship and could afford to spend more man hours building and fitting them the right way. they could never afford to make them like that today and keep the price under 1,000$. my advice, decide what you want and take your time shopping until you find exactly what you want for what your willing to pay. let us know how it goes. good luck.
