thinking about a Nikon Monarch for my 7mm-08.always had leupold.how do they compare?

thanks for the info man :toast i've been thinking about a putting a leupold VX-L on the 7-08 but just don't know if i want to spend that much right now.so been checking into the Nikon line definately going with a 50mm.
