WTB -- looking for a drop in the pocket piece like Keltec P3AT or Ruger ACP, whatever in .380 or 9mm....something light and small and double action fine....

Will pay fair price for a gun in good shape.

Its not a drop in the pocket, but its a nice small gun in .45 is the Taurus PT 145
Calibers, 9mm and smaller are just a bit to underpowered for my tastes.

I like the 45 acp also but unfortunately to get one small enough to conceal in a pocket or thunderwear if able, would probably be to hard to control and shoot accurately for most people. IMO the bottom rung for acceptable stopping power, when odds are the person you will be shooting at will be amped up on adrenaline and or drugs, would be the 38 special or 9mm. BUT anything is better than nothing and if a 380, 32 or even 25 cal is what you are willing to carry and still be able to hit with, then go with that. for me the kahr pm 9mm in all plastic ( not my favorite ) at app 18 oz in a very narrow small size was a good ccw and could hide it anywhere, I also liked the ruger sp-101 but it was considerably heavier but handled 357 mag ammo. personal preference and skill with the particular weapon will rule here, my 2 cents.
