GunBoy are you familiar with a Barker Brothers side by side in 12 ga? If you could would you buy at $50 and a bad stock? I will buy to cut down to 18" if it is not worth anything. Barrels and action are supposed to be good.
didn't mean to piss on anyones sales, if I did offer my opinion , it was just that my opinion. thought thats what this forum was about, exchanging thoughts and opinions and yes they do get heated at times but never malicious ( intentionaly ). and my advice/opinions are worth what you paid for them, nothing. take it or leave it, but as always no harm/insult intended. I'm sure some of you have noticed I have strong feeling on certain things and don't hold back, like composite stocks and scopes on lever actions to name a few, sorry if it bugs you but I'm entitled to my opinion as is everyone else, so F.O.A.H. just kidding, Nacho

Frankwt - Barker Brothers or Parker Brothers? Either way for $50.00 I'd buy it, worse case scenerio you have a new truck gun or home defense gun... You won't lose anything..

Have another estate of 7 weapons I acquired, but they are in NYS at my folks and won't be here until after Thanksgiving. 4 older 22LR rifles which would make great starter or field guns and three shotguns. They are older and not 95% guns, but in good shape 75-80%... I'll post the list in another thread, but don't have Pics yet.
Gunboy, I have not seen the gun but he swears the action and barrels are fine, just the stock needs to be replaced, 2 times he reiterated Barker Bros. I am buying today for $50 along with an Ithica pump 12 ga Model 37 30" barrel with polychoke for $150, Maybe...lol
Very nice. You might be able to repair the stock or find a similiar replacement stock and fit it to the gun yourself. Do you have or know of anyothers gems (deals) out there floating around? Shoot me a PM when you get a chance....
