I for one appreciate the heads up and am always looking but 95 % seem not worth it, or otherwise somehow fall thru. just to see how greedy my local store was (crowders hardware in spring Hill) I brought in 2 highly customized sig sauer pistols worth app a grand each easy. they offered me 650$ for both. the internal laser on one was worth 3-400$ alone. I told them I knew exactly what they were worth and this was just an honesty test and I would never be buying a pistol from them. prior to that I was looking at a 22 pistol there, they said I needed to come back the following day to talk to the boss, I did and it went up 50$ overnight.
ouch...
any place I see to raise prices just because of latest election will never get my business either..
Florida Tactical Armory on FGT had a saiga 12 that is 775 shipped online with extras for sale for 1150!!!!
these pawn shops just followed suit and are worse than dealers now.
I have a guy in englewood (MT's guns) that makes a few bucks on every gun, but nothing crazy. I go through them time and time again just because of principle on honest business practices, even if I could save 15 bucks buying through cheaper than dirt i'll buy from them instead..
sell one gun for a high profit and lose that customer after they realize they paid to much or have a repeat customer for life???
