I think what happened is I didn't lube the firing pin enough before I set it up for the year or maybe I didn't clean it well enough.

Take a look at the firing pin when you break the barrel open after firing it. The firing pin is extended out. My gun's problem is it's hanging up like that so if you slam the barrel to shut it......BOOM!
