i got a beterra 395 ukris and love it.. its a safe queen.. lol
granted a good quality piece of wood needs to be protected more in the field, if keeping it in pristine condition is important to you. a set of gun chaps would help tremendously. but those camo finishes the 3-B's manufacturers use is very tough (Beretta, browning, benelli).I can understand you wanting to keep that pretty gun looking that way, but then you've got others to beat on.
i bought it for my son to use.. just took it to shoot trap that day to shoot it.. he can mess it up if he wants when hes older.. lol
Believe me if not for it riding around in my truck the past few years it would have been in better condition. I can't keep a wooden stock gun from being scratched and dinged either. You should see my BAR rifle that's a few years old, I laid it on top of a tracking box going home this year and didn't know it. Nacho's right though, a good set of chaps will save a gun. I have another BAR that has chaps on it and it looks great to be 15+ years old.
what is this gun chaps you all talk about?
