Gonna have to politely disagree with that. Personally I think it is the best caliber ever invented for Florida style hunting. And with the invent of the lever revolution ammo, you can reach out and touch them
I agree with Iluv2hunt, a 30-30 is great for FL deer,it is a short range 50-125yds perfect, might be a little light for hog, but I would use on both.
