I have yet another question.
If I do not get into a WMA, where do I find private land to hunt on???

You'll get into a WMA.
Mist quotas are only for set time periods and then the WMA opens up for whatever season it is...

well u can got to an outfitter and pay for a hunt or get permission from a land owner to hunt there land or you can pay for a lease
