Its an outlaw club. You don't want in it
-No hunting on Sundays
-No filling feeders or any work whatsoever on Sundays
-No archery hunting hogs
-Only hogs that have been trapped and marked may me shot.period
-No youth turkey weekend because a few member that don't have kids complained that the kids get to hunt before they do
-The lease never fills up. If you have $600, you have a membership. There are more members by the end of the season than there is places to hunt

Where no leases exist, create your own. I just assembeled 100 acres in the Greenswamp, it took me about 2 months but we signed the deal last week. It is possible if you can find the right set of circumstances, granted it might not work everywhere but its worth the shot.
