Crock, hope you aint gonna dress up like Dorothy and start singing. and I believe he wants to hunt deer/hog, not flying monkeys. Strunes, just an idea but maybe go to county clerk or hall of records/wherever and look up land foreclosures or listings if able. I'm sure there are plenty of people unable to pay or way behind on their taxes and may be looking for a way out.

ima tell you how they work in the country.. drive around and look for "for sale signs by owner" then call right from the sign and bring cash in hand.. trust me.. if they want 10,000 and you bring like 7 cash its yours.. trust me i live out here.
