Anyone on here dealt with this group personally or been on a lease controlled by this group?
I know they lease a ton of property in Georgia around Fargo.We looked at a couple of their properties in South GA a few years back. Be careful, because that area around Fargo is very wet, very thick, and very full of bears. And a lot of that area is dog club
I have not dealt personally, but through a friend I heard that they are very accomodating when it comes to leasing their property. As in, they had no problem running a power line to an area to set up a camp for the guys no extra charge. It may have been a one time thing, who knows.
