Looking for either something close by or managable price. Just recently lost our lease in Panama City area/Bear Creek. Not too happy about it either. Looking for a great family oriented place. We have the desire to start our own online hunting show. Made a few funny videos in the past and has kind of been a family tradition to video tape our craziness. Need a new locale to start anew. Was spending $500 to hunt in Panama City area and can't really afford one of the more decent location going for $1500 like we'd want. Any info would be great.

I hunted in Bear Creek one season and couldn't even fill a doe tag there. Couldn't get out of that lease fast enough

Same here... But we didn't have any feeders running on a reg basis. We did have a black bear that was tormenting the feeder we did have up.. Took a lollipop feeder and ripped it apart. But three doe tags and nothing in the freezer left over at the end of the year. But we took over the lease and had 7 or 8 shoot houses and stands already in place.. Just sucks to lose that to a dog running club. What a waste. I saw a doe opening day of archery this season and that was the last deer I saw in the woods that wasn't on the side of 19. Pretty sad.
