A handwritten note is just as good. Just make sure there is a phone number and address along with the owner's printed name.

I'M KINDA IN THE SAME FIX I have sole permission but know others are using it and have not met/confronted them yet. not realy looking forward to getting into it with strangers, then gotta worry about your vehicle being damaged or damage to, or any inconvenience to the landowner may cost me my privaledges. if I was the property owner it would be alot different, so treading softly for now. the written permission thing is a good idea, didn't know there was a formal form but that could only be in your favor if leos got involved.

To bad for them boys, put a note on their stands saying if they don't leave the law has already been notified. That should scare the crap out of them.
