Good club I hear. There's been some good bucks killed in there too. That small part of the county is typically the part that grows larger than normal bucks. There's been more than a few studs killed in camp misery that HAD to have been grown over in that area and they messed up and crossed hampton springs road. There's 2 trophy clubs surround it to the east and north. That buck the Hunter girl killed (130s) on the cover of the WnW a few years ago came from the lease east of it. The guy I use to roof for has 2 130s bucks he killed in Spring Creek years ago. If those bucks get a few years on them in there, they normally get big. That part of the County typically doesn't have the dense population of deer that the other parts have but it grows the bucks bigger.

The property is kind of cool it has rolling hills and some dark woods......You should check it out just to look it over.
