Yeah like $5900.00 a year. Have a good friend who was on a Morman lease for two years and got to scout it and target shoot with him out there. No guests unless the entire club approves. It's one of the invite only clubs to join. If they don't like you after meeting you through another member, I don't care how much cash you have. No availabilty. $5900.00 was for 5000 acres and 10 guys and families only. It cost him another $3500.00 to buy the old mobile home with porch the last guy who was invited to join that dropped out of the lease had. Another $3K fixing it up, and another $3K in food polts, fert, paint, gas, and diesel fuel for the year. That was the first year. It's not a lease it's a resort. Three of the 10 building/trailers are two story cabins in the "community" and are as nice as my house, cable, heat, AC, flat screens, stereo, completely furnished, carpeted, etc... 40' free standing four man covered carpeted painted shooting houses over 30 acre planted fields. 8pt minimum, 1 doe per member, and hogs, if you want. Every member has a one or more of the following which stay at the property a jeep, swamp buggy, 4 wheeler, side by side, tractor with attachments, ect. All is left at the community in the middle of 5K acres and 6 miles off the black top. If you don't know how to get there you can't find the joint. Unbelievable. I'd guess my buddy spent 20K in two years on the lease. The economy came to a hault, and he had to quit it. Full outside and inside stainless kitchen and eating area to feed 30 folks, complete walk in coolers that could hold 30 plus animals hanging, full cleaning station and shooting range. Mowed and trails manicured. All labor is done by members and family of club members. Very secretive, secluded, and high end... Maybe some day.... Personally I'd perfer 200 acres of my own...
