Golds gym weight bench, W/300 pounds of free weight and bar. This bench is solid!!!! Can be set up for squats, leg curls, incline, decline, preacher rest for curls. Exct. It has one small rip on the seat other wise in great shape. Looking to get $100.00 or trade for hunting equipment/ guns

how in the hell do you use that thing with out putting a hole in either side of the wall.. lol

We have one.I can only bench 120 lol im weak.
